8. AI Translation Disclosure
Reading reports are originally authored in Japanese by Master NONAKA and are translated into your selected language using AI translation technology. The translation process involves processing your submitted text and the reading report through a third-party AI service. You are informed of this at the time of application and must provide explicit consent.
9. Service Providers and Processors
We may use trusted technical service providers to operate the website, store order and inquiry data, deliver email notifications, maintain security, and support service administration. These include Google Cloud and Firebase for hosting and data storage, and Twilio SendGrid for email delivery, and may include AI-assisted translation or administration tools. Your order can be viewed through a private link that contains a secret access token; anyone who has the link can view that single order, so please keep it confidential. These providers process data only for these purposes and do not receive permission to sell personal data.
10. Website Analytics
This website uses privacy-limited first-party analytics to understand how visitors use the site. The analytics system collects page views, scroll depth, and session activity. It uses a pseudonymous identifier stored in your browser's local storage (not a cookie). This identifier is not linked to your name, email, or any personal data you provide through forms.
