Terms of Service

1. Service Provider

These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by Sillion B.V., a company registered under the laws of the Netherlands, with registered address at Voordesdijk 12, 7475 NW Markelo, The Netherlands. By placing an order or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

Sillion B.V. provides private divination and structural analysis through the UNUS SUM platform, including Private Readings and Katashiro Ritual Work, as well as Psychic Work and Private Commission. Private Readings and Katashiro Ritual Work may be ordered directly and are paid by bank transfer; Psychic Work and Private Commission are arranged privately by written proposal and are not purchased through the online checkout. All services are delivered digitally and asynchronously. Readings are originally prepared by Master NONAKA in Japanese and then translated into the client's selected language. In case of interpretive ambiguity, the original Japanese working document may be used to clarify the intended meaning.

3. Individually Prepared Services

UNUS SUM services are individually prepared based on the client's personal request, submitted information, and selected theme. Each reading, psychic work, or private commission is created exclusively for the named recipient.

4. Payments

All payments are made by SEPA bank transfer to Sillion B.V. No card, iDEAL, or online payment processor is offered at this stage. When you place an order you receive a unique order reference, which you must quote exactly with your transfer so that your payment can be matched to your order. Work begins only after the transfer has been received and manually confirmed. Any fees charged by your own bank for the transfer are your responsibility. If a transfer cannot be matched to an order reference, is incomplete, or differs from the order amount, the order remains awaiting payment until the matter is resolved: an underpayment must be completed before work begins, and an overpaid or unmatched amount is returned to the originating account. Prices are listed in EUR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Withdrawal, Cancellation and Refunds

Private Readings and Katashiro Ritual Work are individually prepared for the named recipient. When you place an order and confirm your consent, you expressly request that the work begin as soon as your bank transfer is confirmed, and you acknowledge that once the work has begun your right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU may no longer apply to work already performed, as described below. Before the work has begun you may cancel and receive a full refund; where payment has already been received, it is returned within 14 days. Once the work has begun, the fee reflects work already prepared and is not refundable, save at our discretion for any part not yet prepared. After completion, no refund is due. Refunds, where due, are made only by bank transfer to the account from which payment was received. As no specific outcome is guaranteed (see Section 6), the absence of a hoped-for or expected result is not in itself a ground for a refund.

6. No Guaranteed Results

UNUS SUM does not guarantee marriage, income, success, reconciliation, healing, recovery, legal outcome, financial gain, or any specific external result. Services are provided for personal insight, reflection, and spiritual support.

7. Not Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice

The services provided are spiritual and structural in nature and do not constitute medical diagnosis; psychological, psychiatric, psychotherapeutic or other therapeutic treatment; veterinary advice; legal advice; tax advice; investment advice; or financial advice, and they are not an emergency service. Sillion B.V. and Master NONAKA accept no liability for decisions made or actions taken based on reading reports.

8. Intellectual Property

All reading reports, methodologies, and related materials are the intellectual property of Sillion B.V. and Master NONAKA. Reports are provided for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or published without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sillion B.V. and Master NONAKA are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of UNUS SUM services. The maximum liability of Sillion B.V. is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

11. GDPR Compliance

Sillion B.V. processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For details on how your data is collected, stored, and processed, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

12. Complaints
