The data controller for personal data processed through the UNUS SUM platform is Sillion B.V., registered in the Netherlands.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following personal data:

• Name and email address
• Country of residence
• Written submissions (situation descriptions, problem statements, desired outcomes)
• Payment references and transaction status

3. Purpose of Processing

Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of providing the requested diagnostic services, processing payments, and communicating with you regarding your engagement.

4. Legal Basis

We process your personal data based on your explicit consent (provided at the time of application submission) and for the performance of the contract between you and Sillion B.V.

5. Data Storage and Location

All personal data is stored within the European Union (europe-west1 region) using Google Cloud / Firebase infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

6. Data Retention

Personal data is retained for the duration of the service engagement and for a period of 7 years thereafter for legal and accounting purposes, in accordance with Dutch law. You may request earlier deletion subject to legal retention obligations.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

8. AI Translation Disclosure

Diagnostic reports are originally authored in Japanese by NONAKA and are translated into your selected language using AI translation technology. The translation process involves processing your submitted text and the diagnostic report through a third-party AI service. You are informed of this at the time of application and must provide explicit consent.
