1. Service Provider
These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by Sillion B.V., a company registered under the laws of the Netherlands. By submitting an application or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Services
Sillion B.V. provides consciousness diagnostic services through the UNUS SUM platform. All services are delivered digitally and asynchronously. Diagnostic reports are authored by NONAKA in Japanese and translated using AI technology. The Japanese original is the authoritative document.
3. Payments
All payments are made via SEPA bank transfer to Sillion B.V. Services commence upon confirmed receipt of payment. Prices are listed in EUR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the bespoke nature of each diagnostic engagement, refunds are not available once work has commenced. If payment has been received but work has not yet begun, you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
5. Intellectual Property
All diagnostic reports, methodologies, and related materials are the intellectual property of Sillion B.V. and NONAKA. Reports are provided for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or published without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
The services provided are diagnostic in nature and do not constitute medical, psychological, or legal advice. Sillion B.V. and NONAKA accept no liability for decisions made or actions taken based on diagnostic reports.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
8. GDPR Compliance
Sillion B.V. processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For details on how your data is collected, stored, and processed, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
9. Herroepingsrecht
The Examination en The Correspondence zijn op maat gemaakte persoonlijke diagnostische diensten die exclusief worden voorbereid voor de genoemde ontvanger. Door uw aanvraag in te dienen en uw toestemming te bevestigen op het moment van aankoop, verzoekt u uitdrukkelijk om onmiddellijke aanvang van de dienst en erkent u dat u daarmee afstand doet van uw herroepingsrecht onder EU-richtlijn 2011/83/EU zodra het diagnostisch werk is begonnen.
